China EV battery installations in Feb: CATL share at 44.45%, BYD 23.62%
BYD’s share grew in February as its NEV sales rebounded, while CATL saw a small decline.
In the LFP battery market, CATL, BYD, and Gotion had the highest installed base in February with shares of 38.41 percent, 28.82 percent, and 6.34 percent, respectively.

Nio to report Q4 2024 earnings on Mar 21
Nio Inc delivered a record 72,689 vehicles in the fourth quarter, within its guidance range of 72,000 to 75,000 vehicles.
Nio had previously guided fourth-quarter revenue to be in the range of RMB 19.68 billion ($2.7 billion) to RMB 20.38 billion.

Li Auto said the Li i8 has completed two winters and two summers of durability and performance validation in 300 Chinese cities.

Karsan to deliver more electric buses to Italy and Romania
The Turkish manufacturer Karsan has received further orders for its electric buses from Italy and Romania. 42 units of the e-ATAK will be delivered to the Italian region of Campania by the end of this year. China sold 544,000 BEVs in February, up 85.1 percent year-on-year but 5.2 percent lower than in January.
PHEV sales in February were 348,000 units, up 90.3 percent year-on-year but 5.95 percent lower than in January.
Volkswagens ID. 1 to be built in Portugal
