Dramatic changes in the external environment, especially additional tariffs that exceeded expectations, have taken a toll on consumer sentiment, the CPCA said.
China’s retail sales of all passenger cars in the April 1-13 period were 515,000 units, up 8 percent year-on-year but 14 percent lower than the same period last month.
