Vingroup to develop real estate and electric mobility in DRC

The Government of Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and the Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to join forces on research and development of large-scale urban projects and green mobility.
