Vilnius orders 145 new electric buses


Vilniaus viešasis transportas (VVT), the public transport operator active in Vilnius, is inviting tenders for the procurement of 145 electric buses. Electric vehicles are to be purchased in four sizes with lengths of eight, ten, twelve and 18 metres. The contract is to be awarded in the third quarter of 2025 and the vehicles are to be put into operation in 2026 and 2027. Read more…

Kempower rolls out truck charging for Danske Fragtmænd


The Danish transport and logistics company Danske Fragtmænd has put its first charging hub for electric trucks into operation in Aalborg. The site has a Kempower charging system built by GodEnergi with four satellites, each of which can supply up to 400 kW. Further such charging hubs are to follow shortly at Danske Fragtmænd locations in Sakskøbing, Taastrup, Odense and Aarhus, among others. Read more…
